The treehouse at Lovett's elementary school is built from the wood of trees harvested on site. The main treehouse, the nest and the creek play deck are all enclosed with mountain laurel branches gathered in the north Georgia mountains and in the Carolinas. At the creek, the children will be able to turn an Archimedes Screw that will pull the water up and dump it into a water wheel. Inside the main treehouse there will be a faux bois tree that the children can sneak inside. There they will find a glowing moon above them, twinkling lights of constellations and more. Wonder will abound!
